Alpine Gourmet Prato Boni, the gourmet restaurant at the ultra chic Hotel Zermatterhof, has welcomed back Heinz Rufibach. The Berne chef, who was in charge at the eatery between 1996 and 2002, is passionate about high quality local and seasonal produce and brings Valais flavours to the fore through cuisine that is creative yet not excessive. Boasting a 15/20 rating in Gault&Millau, the restaurant is open every evening (except Wednesdays) from mid-December to mid-April (7pm-10pm).
